SBS Kitchens and Baths will handle logistics, infrastructure, and labor. The customer needs to choose the amenities such as: faucets, tile, grout, paint, trim colors, tub, cabinets, mirrors, lighting and project details. Everything else will be the responsibility of SBS unless you choose a designer package where we ask details and design your project from the ground up. I will put a check list together for each customer with materials and quantities. Once everything is on site or ready for pick up the project will begin.
Prior to commencement of your project all personal items, clothing, etc will be required to be removed from the work area. Furniture that is in the work area will be covered during the project and cleaned after or on departure. SBS is not responsible for personal items. Things do get messy and dusty, it is a common thing to deal with.
