What You'll Do
- Perform skilled trades work including drywall, painting, trim, tile, carpentry, and flooring
- Read plans and follow project specifications
- Measure, cut, and install materials to a high standard
- Assist in finishing work and maintain clean, safe job sites
- Mentor and guide general laborers when needed
- Coordinate with project leads to meet schedules and quality expectations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in one or more trades: drywall, painting, trim carpentry, tile setting, or flooring
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Familiarity with hand and power tools and safe work practices
