Longmont serves as our primary hub, but our team is active across the Northern Colorado region. We handle the entire permit process on your behalf. That includes all applications, required filings, and every scheduled inspection from start to finish. This is especially valuable for older homes and projects in areas with specific municipal requirements, such as Boulder County. You do not need to navigate the permit office on your own. What types of remodeling work does Southern Bee Services perform?
Our core services include kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and whole-home renovations. We also offer design and planning services as part of the estimate process for major projects. Tile, drywall, and painting are handled in-house, while licensed trades such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are performed by vetted subcontractors. What is the Relax While We Remodel offer and how does it work?
For qualifying kitchen renovation projects, Southern Bee Services provides a luxury camping getaway package that includes a 37-foot, two-bedroom RV that sleeps six. The RV comes equipped with smartphone operation, a grill, a shower, and outdoor recreation gear. Our team handles all transport, setup, and support, keeping your family comfortable while your kitchen is under construction. Can Southern Bee Services handle renovations on older or historic homes?
Yes. We have experience working on 100-year-old homes throughout Northern Colorado, including properties in the Longmont and Boulder areas. Older homes often present unexpected structural challenges, and our team is prepared to handle those situations without derailing the project. We balance the desire for modern updates with the structural realities that historic properties present. Is design and planning included in the project estimate?
Yes. For all major kitchen, bathroom, and basement builds, construction plans and design guidance are integrated into the estimate phase. This means you receive a clear picture of the planned work and expected outcome before any construction begins, which reduces surprises and helps ensure the finished result aligns with your original vision. How does Southern Bee Services communicate with clients during an active project?
Our field leads send a confirmation text every morning of an active project to let you know when the crew will arrive. This is a standard part of how we operate, not an occasional courtesy. Consistent, proactive communication is one of the most common things clients highlight in reviews, and it is something we treat as a firm requirement on every job we take.
