What You'll Do

  • Perform skilled trades work including drywall, painting, trim, tile, carpentry, and flooring
  • Read plans and follow project specifications
  • Measure, cut, and install materials to a high standard
  • Assist in finishing work and maintain clean, safe job sites
  • Mentor and guide general laborers when needed
  • Coordinate with project leads to meet schedules and quality expectations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in one or more trades: drywall, painting, trim carpentry, tile setting, or flooring
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools and safe work practices
  • Trade certifications or formal training is a plus
